Important Claims Information - Connecticut Lottery Corporation Announces Move to New Wallingford Headquarters.
Players will begin claiming prizes at the new headquarters later this month.

Wallingford, CT / (August 17, 2023) - The Connecticut Lottery Corporation (CLC) is excited to announce its headquarters and claims center relocation to a new facility at 15 Sterling Drive in Wallingford. As part of the relocation, CT Lottery is maintaining operations with only a few interruptions outlined below.

The last day for in-person claims at CT Lottery’s Rocky Hill office will be 8:30 am – 12:00 noon on August 22, 2023. In-person claims at the new Wallingford headquarters will begin later this month. The specific date will posted on our website, www.CTLottery.org.

During this brief closure period:

  • Prizes up to $599 may be claimed in-person at CT Lottery retailers or by mail.
  • Prizes up to $5,000 may be claimed in-person at High-Tier Claim Centers or by mail.
  • Prizes $5,001 - $49,999 may be claimed by mail or may be held until the CT Lottery’s Wallingford Headquarters is open for in-person claims. 
  • Prizes $50,000 and above MUST BE HELD until the CT Lottery’s Wallingford Headquarters is open for in-person claims.

CT Lottery will honor any winning claim that will expire during this brief closure period, but those prizes will ONLY be processed by mail or in-person at the new headquarters and claims center in Wallingford. Prizes that expire during this brief closure period WILL NOT be paid by CT Lottery retailers or High-Tier Claim Centers.

Effective August 21, 2023, all claims by mail should be mailed to CT Lottery’s new mailing address:

Any claims mailed to the Rocky Hill address will be forwarded to the new Wallingford headquarters for processing. Prizes claimed by mail are processed in the order in which they are received.

Lottery drawings will not be interrupted during this transition period and sales of all lottery games will be available.
